Taking the time to enjoy giving and receiving a sensual massage and encouraging the release of oxytocin can pave the way for stronger and longer orgasms.
Ylang ylang is a soothing scent that will help you to let go of tension, whilst clary sage boosts the libido. The best part is that this massage oil is extremely simple to make, meaning less time in the kitchen and more time in the bedroom!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp (30ml) grapeseed oil
- 5 drops ylang ylang essential oil
- 5 drops clary sage essential oil
Equipment:
- Small glass bottle
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients together until completely combined.
- Pour the massage oil into your bottle and store out of direct sunlight.
- To use, simply apply to hands before massage onto the skin (yours or somebody else’s!). This oil is for external use only. Use within 6 months.
