Dead Sea Salt (in a range of sizes)
Use in the bath with a few drops of essential oils to soften and soothe the skin.

Dead Sea Salt is a natural bath product with many benefits. It helps to improve circulation and relieve muscle pain, it cleanses the skin and it has anti-inflammatory properties. Dead sea salt also provides essential minerals for the body’s well-being.

Dead Sea Salt is an excellent exfoliant because of its high concentration of magnesium chloride, which removes dead cells from the epidermis, leaving the skin soft and smooth. It also helps to soften and hydrate your skin and can be used for treating skin ailments such as eczema or psoriasis.

The salt from the Dead Sea is naturally rich in minerals, including magnesium sulfates, sodium chloride, potassium bromide, calcium chloride, and bromide. These minerals are beneficial for the body and can help to reduce stress, relieve muscle pain, improve circulation and promote healing.

Dead Sea salt has long been used as an ingredient in beauty products such as bath salts, facial scrubs, and mineral masks. When added to a warm bath or applied directly to the skin, it can help to draw out toxins and impurities, leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother.

Instructions for use:
Dissolve the salts in a warm bath of 38-40 degrees. Then relax and soak for 25 minutes.
For skin health and well being add half to one cup (approximately 100g-250g) to your bath, to help soften and soothe dry and itchy skin.

Foot bath instructions:
Dissolve half to two cups (100g-500g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approximately 38 degrees. Then relax and soak your feet up for up to 20-25 minutes.

This oil and some of the other citrusy oils together with pine and clove make up a sprayable mix to keep the cats off my garden boarders

I use Tender Essence witch Hazel (alcohol free) in my electrolysis clinic. I use it during and post treatment to sooth and calm the skin. Helps to kick start the healing process and reduces redness. I add a few drops of Tea Tree essential oil to boost the antibacterial property of the product. I also retail it for After Care for home use. My patients love the product and I always tell them to ask for top up when there running low.

This product is perfect for my sensitive skin as a gentle cleanser or toner. The fact that it is alcohol free is a plus. It is pure, refreshing, and lasts a long time. A must have!
