How to use:

Place hot (but not boiling) water into a tub large enough to accommodate both feet to above your ankles.

Then add directly to the water:
75g Dead Sea Salt
75g Epsom Salt 
75g Himalayan Salt
10 Drops of Lavender Oil
10 Drops of Frankincense Oil
10 Drops of Eucalyptus Oil
5 Drops of Peppermint Oil

(You may sometimes want to swap Eucalyptus with Pine or just add a few drops of pine to the bath)
